Simplifiying the M&A Process

Dealmaker.io is a digital platform that simplifies the m&a process with a data-driven approach. Dealmaker.io guides owners of companies through the entire m&a process. Providing the right framework: easy-to-use private dashboards (dealboards), direct access to sell-side mandates and suitable targets, ai-based matching technology, real-time alerts, analytics-and marketing tools. The platform has an international network of corporate brokers, M&A advisors, corporate finance boutiques and top-tier investment banks.

As the sole product designer responsible for this project, I led the design of the entire web product creating the UI architecture of multiple landing pages, conversion funnels and the corresponding user administration. Furthermore,

I planned, designed coordinated various marketing campaigns including youtube ads and social media assets.
