LOGO FOR ALTERNATIVE GOTHIC CLOTHING BRAND, MOON MATERIALS

I wanted to implement a heart into the shape, and so the design is a heart split into two, with adjacent tribal shaping, that all together spells the word “Moon”.

Inspired by tribal tattoos and ‘cyber-cigils’, this logo is an abstract shaping, utilising spikes and curves to create an almost alien feel.

The symmetrical shaping pays homage to things such as tribal tattoos and the intentionally illegible band logos of the metalcore and deathcore scenes of heavy metal.

Complete with a set of colour variants, this piece uses a chrome like effect to create a dramatic and eye catching feel.
