Product return reasons table
β©οΈ Here's a table you can locate in the "Settings" section of a return management app. It lists the different reasons an online store accepts for returns, complaints, and exchanges.
π¬ Merchants have the option to select which reasons they want to show to customers when they are returning an item, filing a complaint, or requesting an exchange.
π Both pre-defined and custom reasons are available for use, and merchants can also determine whether the item will be restocked based on the specific reason chosen by the customer.
π Return reasons can be created, archived, deleted, hidden, re-arranged, and translated. Sub-reasons can also be created.
