Croissants

Insight

I first set the scene with a basic layout and geometry that resembled the composition that I was going for. For the croissants, I used 3D modeling tools in Blender to sculpt and shape the dough (using a plane mesh), paying close attention to the complex details of a real croissant, such as its curves, layers, and texture.

Next, I then applied textures to the croissants to imitate the appearance of a freshly baked pastry. To do that, I applied textures for the outer dough and interior to achieve a realistic and appetizing look using shade editor. Lighting also played a crucial role in creating a visually appealing scene, as without the lightning it looked very dull. Therefore I played around with different area lights to simulate natural or studio lighting. This helped to highlight the texture and form of the croissants. I then rendered the objects as the final step. The rendering settings were adjusted to achieve the desired level of realism and quality, resulting in the final rendered image of delicious and inviting croissants.
