Enhancing Device Connection Flow for Healy's Analyse App

Healy is a global leader in holistic wellness technology, offering a range of wearable devices that provide personalized health and wellness insights. With the recent introduction of the MagHealy device, a powerful addition to the Healy ecosystem, there is a need to revise the device connection flow within the Analyse App. The goal is to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for individuals who may own multiple Healy devices, ensuring they can easily connect and manage their devices within the app.

Opportunities

Create a unified user experience by allowing users to connect and manage both Healy and MagHealy devices within a single app, the Analyse App. This opportunity not only simplifies the user experience but also enhances the overall value proposition for Healy World's customers.

Challenges

Interviews & Surveys

The research aimed to understand the goals and user benefits associated with connecting Healy and MagHealy devices in the Analyse App. We conducted interviews and surveys with users who have experience with these devices to gain insights into their motivations and the advantages they perceive in this integration.

Methodology: We conducted in-depth interviews with 12 users and distributed a survey to 150 Healy and MagHealy device owners. Participants were selected based on their experience and familiarity with these devices and the Analyse App.

Building empathy

Using the quantitative and qualitative data from interviews and survey results, I defined the three target group profiles Peter (Teacher, 55), spiritual Sheelah (Yoga teacher, 40) and Jane (Manager, 27) to better empathize with my main user groups and prioritize goals according to their needs.
