UX design for Customer Experience company
Working with client and their two websites.
We want to put the prooptima offer and communication under one main brand to keep traffic and users in one place.
My role was:
Join both into one with making new userflow, mockups, UI and communications, testing new solutions with target users and selecting appropriate versions of the solution for dedicated groups of clients looking for CEM and CX solutions and alternative versions of home pages, redesign and add some new layout and level for main courses and services,redesign landingpage for each course.
We have tested :
two version menu
how users navigate the website - can they find training and the appropriate section of the website for themselves / manager, management board, HR department /,
whether they find valuable information on the education website / insights, webinars, events /
we have added a 'shop subpage' for determined customers who know what they are looking for on the prooptima website
