Logo creation and Visual Identity for a dentsu leadership seminar series

Creating a logo and visual identity for a Dentsu leadership seminar series named 'Pitch Perfect' presented a unique challenge due to the loosely defined brief. The task was to design a new logo for a media leadership seminar that conveys 'Pitch Perfect.' The directive was to keep it creative, fun, and use purple and grey, or any other color combinations deemed suitable. With less than 2 days to create the collateral, meeting the tight timelines was crucial. The broad brief necessitated the exploration of various logo styles to increase the chances of hitting the mark.

SOLUTION

Pitch Perfect logo - Majestic perspective

Six diverse options were rendered to cover a broad spectrum of styles. Ultimately, Option 1, featuring a 'billboard style' perspective, was selected. This choice influenced the overall design of the seminar collateral, including presentation slides, questionnaires, infographics, and take-away packs.

Concepting

A diverse range of ideas were crafted into logos, incorporating concepts including stars, stamps, spotlights and flags. Concept 1 was selected and the tone was set for a bright and cheering presentation to internal staff.
