OVERVIEW

A desktop application embedded in a hotel kiosk, thanks to which a hotel guest can book a room on their own, find a previously made reservation and print their access cards.

BUSINESS NEEDS

Creating a self-service solution that will allow customers to find and book a room and quickly print a hotel card, which will significantly reduce hotel operating costs.

SOLUTION

Designing an easy-to-use and friendly interface that will enable hotel guests to efficiently and independently make reservations and select available options and using face recognition to improve stay performance.
