Off The Scales - Web And Editorial Illustrations
I was commissioned to create several illustrations for Kate McStraw's new musical 'Off The Scales'.
The project includes two full-page illustrations, depicting the characters part of the musical - a group of very different people united by their participation in the weight-loss group. Several spot illustrations of items they'd often interact with - mismatched cups of tea, sports items. As well as some quotes and objects to go along with them.
All illustrations I created are used on the production's website and as part of the musical's R&D stage
‘Off the Scales’ is a raucous, playful, political new musical, inspired by my experience of being a member of weight loss groups and the incredible people I have met as part of this community.
