Going to my old design files I remembered this old project ended around the time I graduated. It wasn't for class or anything, it was just a fun design exercise I had always wanted to try.

I approached it methodically, doing hours of research and assets discovery. I also redesigned the logos of the blank Federal Reserve Banks, the Federal Reserve itself, and the different cabinet positions and their departments. I wanted to step away from the traditional design of the bill with presidents landmarks but still take the same direction of the person and a nonperson. I decided to choose individuals that had a profound effect on our nation and pair them with things that are iconically American.

This kind of begin to grow into a total redesign of United States government but with graduation looming, and a portfolio show to prepare for this is kind of fell on the back burner. Think it might be fun to reopen in this project see how far I can take it.
