Pet Finder App Called Buchi
Good day to y'all! πΌ
Proud to share my latest exploration of the new branding Buchi Pet Finder App and Web.
Introduction:
Welcome to the world of Buchi, the ultimate pet-finder app. Buchi allows customers to search for pets, such as cats, dogs, birds, and more, which are in need of a loving home. Users can browse through a variety of pets based on their preferences and make adoption requests. In this case study, we'll delve into the UX/UI design process for Buchi, outlining the problem, goals, roles, responsibilities, sitemap, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes and concluding the project.
The Problem:
Millions of animals are abandoned or left without homes, and potential pet owners often struggle to find their ideal furry or feathered companion. Existing pet adoption platforms can be fragmented and challenging to navigate. Our challenge is to create a user-friendly, visually appealing app that simplifies the pet adoption process, making it accessible to a broader audience.
The Goal:
The primary goal of this project is to design an intuitive UX/UI for Buchi, ensuring users can effortlessly design an intuitive and visually appealing mobile and web application for Buchi that enables users to:
Easily search for pets based on various criteria such as type, compatibility with children, age, gender, and size.
Access comprehensive pet listings with clear photos and essential details.
View detailed information about each pet, including type, photos, gender, compatibility with children, size, and age.
Facilitate the adoption process by providing a simple form for users to express their interest in adopting a pet.
Role:
As the UX/UI designer for Buchi, my role encompassed:
1, Designing the user experience for both web and mobile applications, including sitemap, wireframes, and process flow.
2, Crafting an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly UI using design tools such as Figma.
3, Creating comprehensive design documentation to guide developers and stakeholders.
4, Delivering design assets optimized for mobile and web app development.
5, As a bonus task, designing a custom app logo that seamlessly integrates with the app's overall aesthetic.
Sitemap:
A clear structure was essential, so I meticulously designed a comprehensive sitemap. This visualized the primary app sections and mapped out user navigation, guaranteeing an intuitive and effortless user experience.

Digital Wireframes:
Moving from paper to digital, I created detailed wireframes using design software. These wireframes depicted the app's and the web screens, features, and user journeys more accurately, allowing us to visualize the layout and functionality in depth.
Mockups:
With the wireframes approved, I proceeded to create high-fidelity mockups. These mockups incorporated the brand's visual identity, color scheme, and typography while maintaining a user-centric approach.
High-Fidelity Prototype:
Leveraging the mockups, The high-fidelity prototype brought the design to life, and This prototype served as a valuable tool for user testing and final design validation.

The seamless integration of design elements across both web and mobile platforms ensures a consistent and engaging experience for all users.
By crafting a user-centric design and providing comprehensive design assets and documentation, Buchi is well-equipped to bring joy to both pets and their new owners, ultimately fulfilling its mission of facilitating meaningful pet adoptions.
