Clarifying Confirmed Delivery in Push Message Reports
When it came to our push message reports, there was a lot of user confusion around why Confirmed Delivered counts were drastically different from Delivered counts. The difference in counts could be attributed to multiple factors, which are explained in our docs along with guidance on troubleshooting. However, because we didn’t surface any link to the docs anywhere in the report, users had to figure things out on their own.
We added a new popover to the Delivered metric card to address this issue, including the docs link to explain and troubleshoot the multiple factors that impact Confirmed counts.
