Nais - Employee Appreciation Platform (SaaS)

For almost 3 years I've contributed to establishing the product on the market and making it one of the top choices on the market (Poland, Employee Benefit & Satisfaction Platforms).

My job contributed into building product strategy, product development. I have been in charge of optimizing and maintaining the design system of the platform (web app, iOS, Android) as well as creating designs (wireframes, prototypes) and user testing (e.g. with focus groups).

I have been guiding Nais platform from a small, benefit purchase app to a comprehensive platform that can become a fundamental part of company’s appreciation culture. We have explored solutions that changed the view of Nais in the market, offering a lot more than just financial gratification. We have been able to find unique value even for already known solutions, eg. Kudos, for which Nais offers analytical tools that help managers focus on less appreciated employees.

During my work I worked closely with large corporate clients as well as with small startups. Different SaaS perspectives allowed me to get a wide understanding of our client's needs.

One of the toughest challenges was to deliver solutions that could be adopted by different clients, no matter of their size. Decreasing the amount of features and maximizing the value of existing ones allowed Nais to scale easily with large savings in terms of maintenance and development.

Improved KPI's:

  • NPS score 24 to 45 (+78%)

  • GMV increased 6x,

  • Doubled user base

  • Increased MRR
