It's a good practice to have just the logo/branding and avoid the navigation menu as it helps the user to focus on the Sign-up process improving the Conversion rate.
The importance given to native Sign-up instead of social login helps to serve the user better with their queries afterwards.
Country code and Phone number are provided separately in order to help avoid ambiguity.
