Poster Challenge

I created this poster in a last minute dash for an internal creative challenge at IMM. The poster was based around this quote “Knowing what doesn't work will often point us in the direction of what does."

I split this idea into two parts by representing "knowing" with a crystal ball and all seeing eye. Then "point us in the direction of what does" with swords representing leadership.
