The Spring Challenge is a strategic campaign designed exclusively for Unilever's food solution sales force in Chile. Its primary aim is to drive the achievement of sales objectives for Lipton, JB, Knorr, and Hellmann's products during the spring quarter.
As part of the Spring Challenge campaign, a rewarding program was implemented by Unilever Food Solutions for their sales force. This program allowed sales employees to accumulate points by exceeding their sales goals. These points could then be exchanged for incredible rewards, including family vacations to the Caribbean beach and brand-new appliances, among other exciting prizes.
