Inspired by Joan Thiele's music.

I love working with Joan Thiele's music in the background. Last year I went to one of her concerts and was so disappointed when they didn't have any merch. I was really looking forward to having something to keep forever that would remind me of the evening... So the next day I started working on some spec work designing the kind of merch I would've bought.

I was really inspired by the vibes her music gives: relaxing, soothing, and beach/lake life, and so I tried to put that into the pieces.

During her concerts she always has amazing yet simple edgy outfits and so I was inspired by that as well.

I also did some research to establish a color palette for the designs. The result was a dreamy, sky, beach, sparkling mood.

Finally what I think stands out from typical merch is the selection of apparel. As said before, she is stylish and I wanted something that she herself might wear such as the scarf below. And what about that fanny pack? I don't know about other countries but in Italy you don't usually find that kind of apparel as merch and man it's useful in a concert situation.
