Daily UI #007: Settings
The prompt for this challenge mentioned game settings, which was something I was very interested in. However I wanted to understand the game I was designing settings for before I jumped in. Lucky for me I have a partner who has been creating games since he was little, so I decided to put a more modern spin on an animation simulator game he created in scratch (this is a UI challenge after all).
In this game, you can create animations by moving the points of the skeleton and advancing the frames each time you do. Once you press play, you're left with a stop motion animation. The settings for the game revolve around choosing a body for your character (thanks to open peeps), and controlling the "accessories" your character can hold.
You can find the link to his original game (from 2011!) here ↗️
