Hello!

I would like to share with you the effect of the last 14 months of work - with my great team! Back-office desktop application for Medical Call Centre Świat Zdrowia - is a TPA application with over 160 screens for MVP version.

In that project I was responsible for:

• workshops with client,

• preparing a user flows

• preparing wireframes

• building a design system and user interface.

The biggest challenge:

Connecting the business needs of different end-user groups. Redesigning the process and adapt them to the groups needs. At the same time making system simple as possible

At the beginning

We started working on this project with many workshops, collecting business requirements, and drawing basic user flows

Based on information from previous steps we started preparing the whole architecture of information for the app, and first wireframes

For this project I prepared more than 160 unique screens.

Design System

I prepared custom design system which based on brands colors. I also attach a documentation for DS

We decided for custom design system, because there were a lot of needs that existing design systems did not address.
