M-Pajak Redesign : Facilitating Annual Tax Report on-the-go

This time I explored the M-Pajak DJP mobile app. It focuses on enabling users to report their taxes and billing statements on the go without needing a laptop. The app aims to make tax reporting more convenient by moving the SPT and e-billing web functions to mobile. The simple UI lowers the learning curve.

The app has some limitations, such as lacking e-forms and features beyond taxes and bills (which I haven't researched thoroughly). To improve mobile usability, tax reports using E-Form 1770 need simplification for smaller screens. Only a tax expert could determine the best ways to streamline the process.

After analyzing the tax website, I recommend changing some technical tax terms to be friendlier and more understandable for laypeople. Terms like "1770," "1770S," and "1770SS" confuse first-time users, so we should revise the copy to enhance the user experience.
