Design Sprint | Redefining the driving experience in New Zealand

Problem: The goal was to enhance the driving experience, making it safer and more enjoyable for all New Zealanders.

Approach: We followed a design sprint, focusing on user needs, competitor research, and emerging tech. After refining the challenge, we developed solutions targeting key user types and moments in their driving journey. We used prototypes to gather feedback and insights.

  • Streamlined parking payments

  • Personalized driving options

  • Enhanced safety

  • Easier vehicle maintenance

  • Added joyful driving moments

Next Steps: Customer testing of the Mojio app and its usability. Testing device mechanics and messaging hierarchy. Future partnership planning and market launch strategies.
