Woo Publication Rebrand

Originally named after Emily Carr’s pet monkey, WOO Publication is Emily Carr University’s student publication showcasing student work from all disciplines including art, design, creative writing, media, illustration, and more. The publication aims to embrace the diverse stories of the Emily Carr community. All members of the ECU community are encouraged to submit. We currently accept submissions twice a year for print.

When Zoë and Una took over as Editor in Chief and Creative Director they set out to question the publication in form and identity. Both publications are bound in untraditional forms to convey each issue's theme. Not only did they redefine the publication in form, they also gave Woo a fresh new look to further showcase students in their logo mark.
