Project Overview:

To enhance user experience in the tourism industry and cater to the diverse needs of both B2B and B2C customers, we have designed an innovative dashboard. With a strong focus on user-centric design, this dashboard provides quick and easy access to the information required by both customer segments. By emphasizing user-friendly features and a responsive design, we have ensured that users can access our services optimally from any device and location.

The designed dashboard fully addresses the specific needs of both B2B and B2C customers. For B2B customers, features such as detailed reporting, corporate account management, and data analysis tools have been provided. On the other hand, B2C customers can benefit from features like quick and easy booking, personalized travel suggestions, and interactive surveys.

Project Challenges:

Before implementing this project, the existing dashboard faced several challenges that affected user productivity. The identified challenges included:

  • Complex and unintuitive user interface: Users struggled to find the information they needed.

  • Lack of mobile support: The old dashboard was not suitable for use on mobile devices.

  • Inaccurate and inconsistent data: The system contained inaccurate and inconsistent data, and there was no system for generating various reports.

  • Failure to provide users with the necessary information: The dashboard did not provide users with complete and accurate information.

This redesign, with a focus on the specific needs of both customer groups, has resulted in a modern and intuitive user interface. New and powerful features such as intelligent search, advanced filters, and a personalized management panel enable users to efficiently and quickly access the information they need and perform booking and hotel management operations.

The responsive design and compatibility with various devices ensure easy access to information from anywhere. Initial results show that these changes have led to a significant increase in booking speed, reduced errors, and improved customer satisfaction.
