Profile View - WeDream

WeDream is a metaverse platform for social hangouts, games, business collaboration, events, immersive performances and beyond utilizing Augmented Reality where I served as the Sole Unity Ui and Backend Developer.

Mobile App

• Designed and developed pixel-perfect UI for WeDream using Unity UI (uGui)

• Implemented Extenject/Zenject-driven architecture

• Built custom controls such as screen navigators, date and time controls, action lists, overlays, pop-ups, lists, alerts, and toasts

• Handled backend integration and plugin integration (e.g. sharing, image gallery, notifications)

Cloud-Based Backend

• Wrote highly scalable and secure APIs for all WeDream content, such as dreams, categories, and users

• Implemented messaging and social APIs for friends lists and blocked users lists

• Wrote a generic schema framework to easily define and enforce NoSQL schemas, including handling edge cases like nested fields and referenced objects

• Wrote API hooks for pre- and post-registration, allowing for custom data and validation on sign-up

• Integrated with Firebase and handled webhooks for exporting CSVs, global settings, validation, and requesting access

• Wrote user APIs for updating user profiles, pictures, and authentication types, as well as validating username and email availability
