This creative client is a dear, old friend of mine and she came to me with a request for a simple but quirky blog where she could share her knowledge of all things real estate. As a newbie to this market, we wanted to highlight the actual life behind her open houses, closing deals and fancy signs.

We developed a basic logo and a few brand-specific icons for her three pillars of content creation but kept everything pretty simple. Julia wanted to be able to upload her own posts so I went with SquareSpace so she could pick up the blog editor pretty quickly.

Her logo concept is one of my favorite ones, I hope it highlights her personality well.
