Concept design-Dashboard

This is a concept design I created for a call center dashboard, available in both light and dark themes. The idea was inspired by my experience working in a call center, where I noticed many UX issues and saw a need for a product like this. The design focuses on usability and efficiency, offering clear visuals and intuitive navigation to support call center operations.
