Onboarding Flow - Superpeer
We aim to bring users to the dashboard as soon as possible without piling up too many questions.
Idea: In the process, we had to find out whether the user would be a Superpeer or a User. That's why we added a step to find out right after the registration form.
We've supported this with descriptive titles, icons, and text for each type. That's why we find it right to learn the user type right after the registration step. When users come to the dashboard, we show them a walkthrough modal.
Because we teach them all of our features. In this way, they will have an explicit knowledge of what they can do. This step has 3 steps: Livestreams, Series, and 1:1 Calls.
In this step, users will decide what they want to do. This could be more than one. If they want, they can do it all at once. Based on what they choose, we create a checklist in the back.
