Stitch Lab Logo Concept

The Stitch Lab is a local Austin "creative haven" for anybody interested in sewing, embroidery, quilting, and anything else considered textile arts. It's located in a sweet little house down south, and they offer classes, supplies and repairs.

I decided to give them a rebranding as a personal project because I felt that their current logo was a bit dated. Their personality is totally kitchsy—in a great way—but I still felt that their logo could be simplified and could appeal to a younger "craft-revivalist" audience while still maintaining their current demographic.
