Working with Youknow was a great experience. They are a social media agency that delivers a wide range of social media services (research, analytics, management, engagement. ROI) to big brand names (Vodacom, Standard Bank, Oglivy) using the latest in social media tools (Klout, Crimson Hexagon, Lithium). The task was to create superhero characters for each of their products that would represent the functionality of the product – e.g. listening to your audience, gaining insight etc.
