Hello there! Here is a home furnishings app concept I've created. I designed two screens; a home screen featuring different sections the user would be able to scroll through and explore various items and categories and also a product screen showcasing an item currently on sale.
To ensure exceptional usability, I meticulously focused on spacing, typography, and colour contrast. The app features significant enhancements that elevate the user's experience. These include a prominently positioned search bar at the top of the home screen, a dedicated department section showcasing the most popular categories, and a "new arrivals" section that provides buyers with a quick overview of the latest must-have items.
On the home screen, each product offers users a swift glimpse of product ratings and highlights any items currently on sale, clearly indicated through image labels and distinct price colours.
When navigating to the product page, users can quickly access essential features, such as product reviews, a prominently displayed price tag, comprehensive product descriptions, and intuitive buttons for selecting quantity. Additionally, users can save products to their wishlist with ease and find a prominent primary call-to-action button for swiftly adding items to their cart.
