SAG-AFTRA wanted to streamline residual payment tracking for actors, making it more user-friendly and efficient. Our approach began with comprehensive user research, exploring how individuals engaged with the previous model. Leveraging these insights, we reshaped the design within the framework of the current design system and site structure.
