Introduction

Ticket Tool is a web application which is built to solve the problems of project management, timeline tracking, feedback & file storage. This tool is aimed to served as a place to solve communication problems between Accounts & Products team or Client

Tool is designed to track items including:

• Number of project request

• Number of total and on-hand Credit numbers of each Game Studio. Update the amount of Credit in real time after the task is confirmed by the team

• Project quality feedback: Through Client feedback survey at the end of the project (Vote points or leave comments)

• Project implementation and completion progress

• Data extraction and overview as needed

Design

The design is made in small desktop size 1440px to ensure information is shown in a clear display, suitable to office workers’ devices such as laptop or tablet.
