“Coffee Shop is working on making on delivering the coffee much easy for customers than getting the coffee themselves, It provides many coffee kinds and trying to make it with competitive pricing.”

User research: summary

I've started with interviews for knowing how the customers will think with the app, created empathy maps to understand the user I'm designing for, some of my study was for a particular customers who are old which is cannot order all kinds of coffee. The study proved for me that is the highest percentage of the customers for the app has no time for coming to the shop and waiting on the line to get the coffee, because they leave work late sometimes.
