Mobile App Discovery

For me, I always seem to do my best work if I'm involved in the entire design process. I think that comes from my product development background, and wanting to understand users needs and behaviors. Our process is extremely collaborative, so I'm lucky to be working with an amazing strategist on this project. We are in the discovery phase, synthesising the data from customer interviews we did last week, and pulling out all the insights we find and organizing them. All this data will inform our personas, user journeys and ultimately wires moving forward.
