tala - music note identifying practice

Built out the prototype for this music identification practice app to run on my Anbernic RG280V. I need to work on the style some more, but the core functionally is all in.

There are three views: Staff, Keyboard, and Fretboard. Use the D-Pad to select the note and press A to apply your selection, or X to apply selection as ♯, or B to apply your selection as ♭. Press R1 for some help. Pressing B will skip, but that might change to L1.

PowerBoat CPC is the font.
