Carrying on the visual story from the book, Brides of 1941, I had the pleasure of designing the 2nd book in this trilogy series, Six Weeks for Boat Mail. My main objective of this emotional 1940s love story was to capture the delicate balance of hardship, family secrets and service. Congrats Bonnie for telling your family story, it was an honor to be part of this journey! Stay tuned for book three.
