Innisfree Hotels was revitalizing an outdated bar on the pool deck of the Hilton on Pensacola Beach. The goal was to totally refresh the look and feel of the bar with a new name and brand first and then build out to a larger, new bar in the coming years. Working with the food and beverage team onsite, we decided on a Spanish theme to go with the history of the Pensacola area and the aesthetic of the Hilton exterior itself.
