Adaptive mail design

Introduction

Mail for Me is a project that arose from my personal need for a user-friendly and innovative design of an email program. The idea came from my search for the perfect mailbox that would meet all my needs. However, it was hard to find such a box, so I took matters into my own hands and developed Mail for Me - the mail I would like to use.

Research

Work on the project began with thorough research and analysis. I studied different email applications and talked to users to understand their needs and wishes. My observations led to the creation of two types of "personas". The first group is those who rarely visit their mailbox because it is not required by their business. For them, Mail for Me offers an innovative approach where each message becomes a separate chat.

The second group is active email users who prefer high-quality structuring and organization of information. For them, I have created a system for sorting messages by day and category, which makes it easier to manage information.

Conclusion

Mail for Me is not just an email application, it is an interactive tool for communication and information organization. My mail interface design reflects a new approach to the perception of mail. Each message is not just a letter, but a new way of interacting. The design of Mail for Me has been carefully developed after numerous experiments and tests, and I am counting on user feedback and perceptions for further improvements.
