Enjovia - Web Platform for an eCommerce company
Enjovia is a British platform for selling vouchers and gift certificates.
The main idea of the platform was to create a totally customizable online store for selling vouchers and gift cards.
As we have been working in collaboration with Clockers, the key difficulties we faced during the development of the platform were management and cooperation between the two teams, transfer of existing customers who were accustomed to the old platform to the new one, receiving feedback from users and simultaneously creating specific features that are fair to them, multidomain architecture of the project, multilevel system of rights for users, deferred attribute changes.
As a result of close cooperation between the two teams, we forecasted the consumers’ behavior during the development process. We analyzed users and their needs, especially the things that were missing in the old version of the platform.
Our business consultancy team analyzed the work of the platform. It helped to build perfect business logic for the project, which led to the development of the system targeting the right audience.
The client received great architectural decisions and stable work of the platform, advanced functionality that helps to attract more users to the Enjovia platform. The system is packed with features allowing one to manage the store their own way.
