Sprocket iOS Simplify 1-tap Sign Up UIX

So since practically no one uses Titter sign up with Sprocket and elon threw another tantrum it was actually cheaper to remove seX than update it to work for all 6 people who used it this year. In the spirit of things I also overhauled the layout to be cognitively simpler and upscale to side-scrolling if we choose to add more federated authentication providers in the near future :)
