The South America Wine Guide
I was reached by an English writer who specialized in wines to design her book about South American wine๐ท๐.
In its 528 pages, this book tells us everything about the wine history, wineries, and winemakers of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. It features detailed maps of wine regions, travel guides, recipes, curated lists of the best wines from each region, and many, many photos๐๐บ๐.ย
The challenge in the inner pages was to make all that content of very varied natures come together, seeking to maintain a style with generous whites as much as I could.ย
Every country cover had its particular work with illustrations of the typical flora of each place, incorporating them into a space of vines, pollen, and lively colors ๐๐๐ธ.
The graphic style comes from the idea of transmitting the intense and vibrant color palette with which the author identifies Latin America and its botany, linked to the plant world of wine ๐บ๐.
The book was printed at Kingsbury Press, a top notch printing press located in London, in full-color hardcover edition with gold foil and metallic edges โจ๐คค.
