A web-based dashboard specifically designed for hotel receptionists. This dashboard will integrate various aspects of receptionist tasks into one user-friendly platform.

The dashboard will provide real-time notifications to receptionists regarding changes in reservation status or guest special requests.

Receptionists can quickly view, create, modify, and cancel guest reservations. Data will be synchronized in real-time with the hotel management system.
Check-in dan check-out 🛌
Processes will be easily monitored and executed. Receptionists can access guest information, capture digital signatures, and send notifications to relevant departments.
Room monitoring 🚪
Receptionists can view room statuses, including rooms being cleaned, under maintenance, or ready for check-in. Guest interactions The dashboard will enable receptionists to interact with guests through text messages.

Additionally, in this design exploration, I apply the principles UX law of Common Region. Law of Common Region is a principle in visual psychology that refers to our tendency to group objects that are in the same area together as a unit or group.
For UI fundamental applied basic fundamental UI principles, such as wireframe, consistency in typography, color, and spacing between elements. These basic principles should always be applied when designing a user interface.
