Creation of three illustrated watercolor maps for a "Corcoran St Barth" plan
Guillaume from the Corcoran St Barth agency had already entrusted me with a lovely project to create personalized watercolor maps. For this new season, he asked me to create three maps of the island and its neighborhoods, in order to update their aging map of Saint-Barthélemy. This map is distributed to all their customers and has to be informative, as well as pretty.
So I created dozens of watercolors illustrating animals, emblematic images of the island or flowers, three map backgrounds and all the little elements like icons. I then digitized the whole thing, reworked each of the elements to create these compositions and created a map featuring three maps of Saint-Barthélemy and its must-see places in 2022: restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations... We set out to design this map to make it indispensable to all our future visitors.
