FeastIQ - Revolutionizing Food Court Experience
Project Aim
To design intuitive, technology-driven solutions that streamline the food court experience by addressing key pain points in ordering, tracking, and dining, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Problem Statement
Food courts face challenges like inefficient space, long wait times, and lack of seamless payment options, leading to customer dissatisfaction. This project aims to design user-centric solutions to address these pain points.
Visited food courts to understand customer behavior and operational challenges. Also,
Conducted user interviews to uncover frequent frustrations during ordering and dining including generic questions regarding the whole view of it .
Problem Identification
Problem identification at specific points in the customer journey along with "How Might We" (HMW) questions to reframe identified challenges into actionable opportunities for innovation. This method encourages creative thinking, helping to explore diverse, user-centric solutions to the core issues
After the Ideation process , I came up with multiple design solutions for the selected issues and carefully selected the Best practical intuitive solution out of them.
