Redesign Mobile App - Uklon
As a dedicated product designer, my mission centered around redesigning the mobile interface of Uklon, with a laser focus on the "Products" and "Active Order" pages. My journey spanned from comprehensive research to intricate design, ultimately culminating in a user-centric and impactful redesign.
🔍 Research Phase: My trip commenced with a meticulous exploration of user pain points and aspirations. Aided by insightful competitor analyses, I unearthed key areas of opportunity. Armed with this knowledge, I embarked on generating a plethora of hypotheses, each poised to elevate the user experience to new heights.
🧪 Hypothesis Testing: To validate and refine these hypotheses, I conducted online interviews that resonated with the pulse of our target audience. This immersive testing environment allowed me to calibrate my approach, ensuring that each design decision was rooted in user needs and preferences.
🤝 User-Centric Concepts: Drawing from the rich well of insights gleaned from interviews, I created a spectrum of design concepts. These concepts bore the hallmark of user empowerment, fostering intuitive interactions.
🔬 Usability Testing: The journey of innovation continued as I subjected these concepts to rigorous usability testing. This phase of discovery enabled me to fine-tune each element, ensuring a harmonious dance between aesthetics and functionality. User feedback was the compass guiding me toward refinement.
