👩‍🎓Meditation app for anxiety and panic attacks
Let me introduce you to my recent project, that took shape during my UX/UI Design Internship with Kreativstorm.
The task was to create a meditation app that not only addresses a real-world issue but also offers a streamlined user experience. With this mission in mind, I embarked on a solo journey spanning four intense weeks. Throughout this period, I was guided by our group tutor, refining my approach to ensure a polished result.
My exploration began with diving into keywords, revealing a vital insight—' anxiety meditation' strikes a chord with users. Intrigued, I dug deeper, discovering triggers and effective coping techniques.
Seeking a richer perspective, I engaged with a diverse group, gathering insights from their experiences. What emerged was clear: while the significance of meditation apps is acknowledged, the 'it will pass' mindset often stalls their adoption.
With insights as my compass, I forged a robust solution—an app designed to provide swift aid during anxiety and panic attacks. The concept revolves around emergency assistance, cutting the clutter and ensuring users find comfort and gain control swiftly and with ease.
At the core of the app is a prominent main button, guiding users through four targeted exercises on a single screen. This design ensures quick access during tense moments while keeping the experience user-friendly.
I invite you to navigate this presentation to witness the evolution of a concept into a tuned app that aims to help a certain target group.
