Overview

Coins.ph offers technical and financial solutions to clients by providing APIs like sell orders, cash-in settlement, exchanges, and more. While Coins.ph has been serving business clients, the partner's experience on their end hasn't been optimal.

Our partner uses the standard web portal just like our regular wallet holders. Furthermore, there are no additional security measures in place, and they retain full access to all product features, including cash-in, cash-out, purchasing load, and bill payments.

Objective

Our main objective for this porject is to make the Coins Business Portal more secure, keep existing partners loyal, and attract new partners through enhanced security, improved services, and a comprehensive business suite.

The product team established the Business Portal's objectives, goals, and identify potential challenges. Additionally, we conducted a competitive analysis to evaluate existing products offered by competitors.

Iterative approach

We adopted an iterative approach in the development of initial wireframes and final mockups for the Business Portal.

Our process began with presenting the initial wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders to gather their valuable feedback and insights. We took their input into consideration and made necessary adjustments to the wireframes. This revised version was then presented to stakeholders again, and we continued this feedback loop until all parties were content with the results.

Upon achieving satisfaction with the wireframes, we moved on to create high-fidelity mockups. These mockups were presented to stakeholders for their feedback, and after incorporating all their input, we engaged with early partners to test the initial prototypes.

Feedback from our partners was instrumental in refining the designs further. We continued to update the designs based on this feedback until they received final approval, ensuring they met all requirements and expectations.
