GapX is an emerging design agency startup based in Pakistan, with ambitions to expand its presence in the Middle East. I took on the role of redefining their brand identity and cultivating a vibrant brand image to enhance their outreach and marketing efforts.
The challenge at hand was GapX's underwhelming initial sales performance, leaving them uncertain whether the issue lay in their design or marketing strategy. To tackle this problem effectively, I initiated a comprehensive assessment of their brand.
Upon close examination, it became evident that there were significant shortcomings in their design language. The designs lacked effective communication and failed to convey a coherent brand message. Prospective clients struggled to discern the nature of the services GapX offered.
In response, I embarked on a transformative journey to overhaul their visual identity. My approach began with establishing a cohesive and consistent brand image. Once this foundation was solidified, I leveraged this newfound brand consistency to inform and guide our outreach efforts and the creation of engaging social media content. This strategic alignment between design and marketing enabled GapX to present a clear and compelling message to their target audience, resulting in a significant boost in their brand recognition and overall success.
