The client's main goal was to automate the service, as the website used to perform an informational function, not a commercial one. In times of global digitalization, this had a negative impact on the business compared to competitors, as conversion is often disrupted by additional actions that the user has to take. Therefore, the main goal of the user's stay on the site and the finish line in their journey was to buy a tour online. However, before we started working on the service transformation, we updated the agency's visual appearance and added emotional value to the branding.
