Threads '23: Brand Identity

For branding our annual fintech event that celebrates our products and customers, we were inspired by the grit and craftsmanship with which our customers disrupt the traditional finance industry. The logo lockup was made with the intention of bringing dynamism via motion design.

Stacked up shapes with different corner radii and noisy textures were used to allude to the gritty, industrial tone. We were drawn to bold, bright colors balanced with tried-and-true neutrals. A flowing line was introduced that would thread together the whole event and would interact with the content to bring a sense of kineticism and delight into the art direction.
